Professor Bernard Duhaime and Opening up to the Americas to better protect human rights and committing to reconciliation are proud to organize, in partnership with the Pierre Elliot Trudeau Foundation and the IEIM, their first international conference to be held at UQAM on October 3rd and 4th, 2019.
