Camille Labadie

Camille Labadie is a lecturer at UQAM. She holds a degree in History from the University of Strasbourg (France), as well as a degree in International Relations and International Law, and a Master’s degree in International Law. Camille Labadie has carried out several missions with the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. She has also been a project assistant at the International Bureau for Children’s Rights and acted as case manager at UQAM’s International Human Rights Defence Clinic (CIDDHU).

Camille Labadie is the recipient of several scholarships for excellence from the Faculty of Political Science and Law at the Université du Québec à Montréal, where she is currently completing her doctoral studies under the supervision of Professor Bernard Duhaime. Her research focuses on reparations for cultural damage in international law, and she acts as coordinator of the Chaire de recherche sur la gouvernance des musées et le droit de la culture.
