Within the framework of our project, we wish to draw a representative portrait of the initiatives undertaken by Canada’s human rights organizations, of the issues that concern them and of the obstacles that they face. One of the main objectives of this project will be to support their interventions by gathering and sharing the experiences of Canadian and Latin American actors, and, based on these experiences, to make relevant recommendations to the Canadian authorities to better ensure respect for human rights in Canada.
